Mushrooms have a certain ‘draw’ to them for many people.
Either in hunting for food or hunting for image capture.
As I find great ones I will be posting them here.

Miska Oyster detailOct 22/23
Thanks to a tip from Lisa B. about an event at Miska Haven B&B in Enderby, I was able to join a group of avid mushroom gatherers for a few hours. I did all my gathering with the camera and enjoyed it. I will confirm with the experts there, but suspect this is an oyster mushroom and was about 1m off the ground on a fir tree. Which they remarked was unusual.

Tastes like ChickenAugust 18 2021 - Crazy Creek Falls. Large mushroom beside the walkway. Reported to be edible and tastes like chicken.
