Keeping with the theme of things that are only seen in old glass that has been weathered with time.
Each piece of old glass that is subjected to the elements and time produces a unique set of patterns and colours.
By doing a mirror and adding even a few processing techniques it brings out the character and unseen elements that nature has imposed on a man-made object.
Found in Armstrong BC - April 29/23 (Mirror May 02/23)

Burnt Quesnel Church 2Sept 13 2018 - Quesnel BC - Lhtako-Dene. The burning of churches on band land has been happening for a long time. This stained glass window was still holding on but barely. No idea how much longer it lasted after I was there in 2018. The symbolism of the feather and the religious hat are not missed.

Peeking FlameIn February 2020 I went out to O'Keefe Ranch while the Blacksmith - Patrick McIvor was doing an Introduction to Blacksmithing course. The actual metal work did not grab me as much as the coal flames of the small forges. I have been back a number of times and expanded on the theme of Flames.
